SweepQueueBot

SweepQueueBot is the crawler for SweepQueue, a site that helps people find and keep track of sweepstakes. It visits public sweepstakes pages and their official rules to record basic facts — dates, eligibility, prizes, and how often people can enter — and links back to the sponsor's official rules.

How it behaves

• Identifies itself as SweepQueueBot in every request.
• Follows robots.txt. To opt out, add User-agent: SweepQueueBot and Disallow: /.
• Waits at least 5 seconds between requests to the same site and only fetches promotion and rules pages.
• Never submits entries, never fills in forms, and never tries to get around CAPTCHAs or bot protection.
• Doesn't republish rules text — we write our own one-sentence summary and link to your official rules.
