Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Fossilhog LLC ("we", "us") about your use of SweepQueue — the website, mobile apps, and related services. By creating an account or using SweepQueue, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use SweepQueue.

1. What SweepQueue is — and isn't

• SweepQueue is a directory and tracker. It helps you find sweepstakes, keep track of when you can enter again, and log what you win.
• We are not the sponsor or operator of any sweepstakes we list. Each promotion is run by its sponsor under its own official rules. The sponsor alone decides eligibility, entries, drawings, and prizes. Questions about a promotion go to its sponsor.
• We never enter sweepstakes for you. You enter on the sponsor's site yourself. We don't submit entries, fill in entry forms, or store what you type into them.
• Listing details (dates, eligibility, prizes, how often you can enter) are summarized from sponsors' pages and official rules, partly with automated tools, and can be wrong or out of date. The official rules always control. Read them before you enter.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States to create an account.
• Give accurate information (including your birth year and state, which we use to show sweepstakes you're eligible for).
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Account. Deletion is permanent.

3. Using SweepQueue fairly

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, or other automation to access SweepQueue, enter sweepstakes, or copy our listings;
• break a sponsor's official rules (for example, entering more often than allowed or using multiple identities);
• submit spam, scams, misleading listings, or content you don't have the right to share;
• interfere with or try to gain unauthorized access to SweepQueue or other users' accounts;
• use SweepQueue for anything unlawful.

4. Submissions and reports

• When you submit a sweepstakes, you confirm that you have the right to share it, and you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and adapt the listing facts you submit (such as the link, sponsor, dates, and prizes) as part of SweepQueue.
• Please submit the sponsor's own page or official rules — not listings copied from other sweepstakes websites, and not in bulk.
• We review submissions and may edit, decline, or remove any listing. Credit for approved submissions is shown under your display name.
• We may limit or suspend submitting for accounts that repeatedly break these rules.

5. Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid plan. If you subscribe, the price, billing period, and renewal terms are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel online at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to their terms.

6. Wins and taxes

The Wins log is a personal record for your convenience. It isn't tax advice. Prizes may be taxable income; ask a tax professional about your situation.

7. Other websites

SweepQueue links to sponsors' and other third-party websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices, or promotions.

8. Our content

SweepQueue's software, design, and original content (including our summaries) belong to us or our licensors. Sponsors' names and trademarks belong to them. If you believe something on SweepQueue infringes your rights, see our copyright and takedown page.

9. Disclaimers

SweepQueue is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy, availability, or results of using SweepQueue, including that you will win anything or that reminders will always arrive on time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost prizes, missed entries, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to SweepQueue is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50.

11. Ending your use

You may stop using SweepQueue at any time. We may suspend or end access for accounts that break these terms or misuse the service.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use SweepQueue after that means you accept the updated terms.
