Good to know
- Only open to residents of Illinois. Fewer people can enter than in a nationwide sweepstakes, which usually means fewer entries to compete with. Why sweepstakes leave out states →
- There's a single winner, so expect plenty of competition. It's worth entering, but balance it with sweepstakes that have more prizes.
- The top prize is valued at $50,000. Prizes worth $600 or more are usually reported to the IRS, and the winner owes income tax on that value.Sweepstakes and taxes →
- If you win, the sponsor contacts you the way the rules describe. A real winner notice never asks you to pay a fee or share bank details. What to do when you win →
